The IME supports a user interface called the IME Toolbar, which provides an alternative way to quickly access certain IME features. The IME Toolbar is a revised Language Bar UI.

To open the IME toolbar, right-click the IME mode icon in the notification area and selectShow/hide the IME toolbar.

Error: Chinese IME dictionaries are not ready yet

The issue occurs because the Chinese IME dictionaries are included in the basic typing package of Features on Demand (FODs) instead of Windows image files. Adding the basic typing package of FODs requires administrator permission.
